Krishna is founding partner of Fulcrum. He has been responsible for the investments under the brand since 2000. He turned investor immediately after his graduation heading his family office first and subsequently Fulcrum as a PE manager. Over the last 16 years he has invested into Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Real Estate, Agriculture, and Information Technology. His family office investments (Fund I) have generated a stellar return of 18x of which 7x the capital invested has been returned in cash. Krishna sits on the board of leading companies such as Curatio, Richfeel and Shield amongst many others. He is a member of Chennai Angels and TIE. Krishna holds an MBA from XIMB.

Magesh joined Fulcrum in 2017 as CFO and Head of Operations. He managed all aspects of operations for Fulcrum and rolls out best practices between Fulcrum and the portfolio companies viz., Curatio Healthcare, Southern Health Food Pvt Ltd, Specsmakers Opticians Pvt Ltd, Shield Healthcare Pvt Ltd etc.

In Fulcrum he is instrumental in garnering a significant revenue-generating transaction to Fulcrum as a result of his expertise.

He has overall 20 years of experience in operations , process re – engineering., audits and finance.

Before joining Fulcrum, he was the Chief Operating & Finance officer of SwaaS Systems Private Limited.
Prior to SwaaS he has worked for multinationals Ford and Unilever. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Manpreeth joined Fulcrum in 2018 as Head – Legal & Tax. She has over 14 years of work experience in advising companies and groups on tax and regulatory matters including cross border transactions and investments. She has been part of the transaction advisory services team of various professional firms of repute and has extensively advised her clients on transactions – outbound and inbound, corporate and financial restructuring including mergers, hive-offs, capital reorganisation, tax due diligence etc. She has serviced clients covering a wide cross-section of global domestic companies in the private and public sector. She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
